Hi! Thanks for stopping by our website. My name is Trudy Moore and I'm the Director of Worship and Arts here at First Christian Church. It's an exciting ministry to be a part of because it's always changing and growing. Our goal in everything we do is to honor God and His Son, Jesus, and to reach those who don't know Him yet. Check out some of the ways we try and do that:

• Praise Bands and Vocals for all of our weekend services
• Special music for our weekend services
• Creative elements in our worship services such as drama, testimonies, and video
• Service opportunities through preparing and serving communion, collecting the offering, sound and computer technology, assisting with publicity, planning concerts, and many other things
• Choirs for four year olds through adults (September - May)
• Orchestral ensemble for all ages
• Special programs for Christmas, Easter, and other events

 

So if you find yourself as one of those "artsy" types, someone who is great at organizing, or a "techie", or if you're not sure where you would fit in but you know you want to be involved in this exciting ministry, give me a call, email me or stop by the office.
