1. Family Game Night

Come enjoy a night of games on Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome, bring the kids! Bring your favorite game and snacks We’ll play games in the banquet room and the kids can play games with the adults or be in the gym. For more information, contact Valerie Pedigo or Shelly Pfaff.

2. Mother’s Day Luncheon

All ladies are invited to attend the Mother's Day luncheon on Saturday, May 10 at 11:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to celebrate all of the special mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, daughters and friends in your life. Tickets are on sale in the foyer and cost $1 each.

3. M & M Trip—Senior Day at the Lake

When: Wednesday, May 14—leave from FCC at 8 a.m. and return around 4 p.m. Where: Cedar Lake, IN (about a 1 hour car ride). What: Seminar for seniors. This year’s theme is “Pure and Spotless” The verse is James 1:27. Al Lackey speaking and Damaris Carbaugh singing. Cost: $28 includes everything (fees, lunch, snacks, transportation) How: Sign up at the welcome center or contact Todd Thomson.

4. Father/Daughter Day at the Zoo

Lions, tigers, bears, and DADS!!! Dads, plan now to join us on Saturday, June 21 as we travel to Brookfield Zoo. We will leave around 8 a.m. and return about 6 p.m. The cost is yet to be determined. Stop by the table in the foyer to sign up and for more information.

5. Vacation Bible School

Time to register your children for VBS! Get ready for some high voltage fun at Power Lab VBS June 16-20. We are also looking for people to volunteer and help with VBS. If you are interested, please use one of the sign-up sheets at the display table or contact Tim Henson (thenson@fccmorris.org) or Christi Sweeney (csweeney@fccmorris.org). Power Lab items for children and families are already available at the Children’s Ministry Welcome Center: music CDs ($5), music DVDs with motions and lyrics ($9), and t-shirt iron-on transfers ($1).

6. Rainbow Preschool Registration for Fall 2008

Registration is underway for 3 and 4 year olds. We are also offering a Pre-Kindergarten class for children who are eligible for Kindergarten, but aren't ready to start yet. If you have any questions, contact Melissa Bledsoe at the church.
